EOTO (Dub-Step / Electro / House): While the genre of live electronica is relatively new on the music circuit, nobody is breaking the boundaries of live producing and improvisation like EOTO, who fuse elements of live instrumentation, house music, dubstep and electro into their dance ready sound. Consisting of Michael Travis and Jason Hann the duo mixes the organic sounds of live drums, keyboards, vocals, bass, percussion, and guitar through a variety of programs and gadgets to create a style of music that is more likely found in a dance club, then a live music theater. What sets EOTO apart from other artists in this emerging genre is how the music is created. While some artists may spend hours pre-mixing samples and elements of music for their live show, EOTO uses nothing pre-recorded, giving them the ability to approach each song with on-the-spot spontaneity and 100% live improvisation.
Heavyweight Dub Champion (Dub / Trip Hop / Electronica): Founded in a log cabin at 9,000 feet in the mountains of Colorado, and now based in San Francisco, California, Heavyweight Dub Champion is a movement of interdimensional warriors representing the Army of the Last Champion. Firmly rooted in hip hop, dancehall, dub and electronic music, and performed on more than 50 channels of vintage analog and digital gear, the band has gained much notoriety and a growing following from its high-intensity and visually captivating live performances. Founder and Last Champion Manifesto author Resurrector transcends space and time wielding an arsenal of deep revolutionary audio with support from a revolving crew of co-conspirators that include Totter Todd, Dr. Israel, A.P.O.S.T.L.E, Jillian Ann, MC Azeem and Stero-Lion. At the collective's core is the universal intention of inspiration, mind expansion and transformation through creative expression - all of which manifests in their collective artistic performance known as The Liberation Process. Rise of the Champion Nation is the highly anticipated, genre-bending new album from Heavyweight Dub Champion. Produced by Resurrector and Patch and recorded over the span of five years on multiple continents, Rise features collaborations with some of contemporary music's most revolutionary-minded vocalists, including the legendary KRS ONE and Killah Priest.
Psymbolic (Custom Visuals): This catalytic duo (Julee & Troy) are Audio / Visual event engineers that create Live Interactive Visual Environments in which they project evolving expression through their video compositions and the realtime surrounding spectacles. Psymbolic always aims to provide a customized thematic performance with synchronous moments of meaning and inspiration. Psymbolic's theme orientated visuals are composed of customized video modules, in which they have been personally creating and producing by means of animation, compositing and programming since 99. During a live performance they use customized realtime visual software and hardware to synch video loops, camera inputs and effects to the mood of the momentous music. Traveling with a library of custom created content to choose from on the fly... All of which is categorized by genre / style / theme and programmed to multiple keyboards and midi controllers. The macro being; Humanity, Nature, Technology, Imagination... in Synch with Sound.
