The Clubtix support system is solely for the purpose of providing support on orders made through the Clubtix website. Support requests related to tickets purchased through sources other than Clubtix will be dismissed.
All event inquiries, outside of Clubtix order related support requests, should be made by contacting the event promoter by means of the "contact promoter" link on each Clubtix event webpage.
